DMPs are deployed mostly to optimize online advertising trading, especially for programmatic buying and Real Time Bidding (RTB), as they allow to:

  • create target audiences combining multiple internal and external data sources
  • target these audiences across ad networks and ad exchanges
  • measure campaign performance across segments (not only across channels, ndr) to refine media buying

Although today’s primary application of DMPs is advertising optimization, the value of owning a DMP goes way beyond that: the task of a DMP is to process data, group users into segments according to their similarity and make segments available for whatever purpose.

The more information you put into the DMP, the broader, deeper and meaningful the analysis can be. For instance, you can look for correlations between acquisition channels, loyalty and customer service costs, ultimately generating insights that drive your business strategy.

exaudi is a turn-key, yet fully customizable DMP.

 

Fueled by  Artificial Intelligence, it is capable of generating individual user profiles leveraging first-,second- and third-party data. Profiles are made available for segments generation through an integrated, user-friendly clusters creation module.

Profiles attributes are derived from navigation data, integrated external sources (such as CRM, Third Party Data Providers etc) or they're inferred by the Articificial Intelligence engine, which exploits Machine Learning technologies. Inferred user characteristics include gender, age, interests and you can set the confidence level for each attribute as you create your target segment. 

A built-in, easy-to-use tag manager makes is easy to generate, install and update tags into your digital properties. You can customize the event trackers managing hierarchies and taxonomies via user interface.

Segments are synchronized with external platforms in just a few clicks; synchronization settings can be edited at any time. exaudi natively integrates the most popular DSPs and SSPs, but we can add any additional platform upon request, including email marketing or CRM solutions. 

exaudi is equipped with a number of audience analysis reports that you can use to support tactical or strategic decision-making. Every report allows you to filter traffic data by user attributes and they include both short-term (last thirty days) and long-term views of your data: recent views are particularly useful for campaigns targeting, while long-term data allow for historical trend analysis. 

If you need ad hoc reports, our Data Scientists can design them for you. You can integrate any external data sources or, just to name one, get a report to compare navigation data with content consumption or purchasing patterns.

exaudi can be easily integrated with Neodata's delivery engine ad.agio, to deliver both editorial and advertising content to your target audience, and with our Content Recommendation engine.

Every single component of our platform is designed to be scalable, to handle complexity efficiently, saving energy and costs. Metrics take into account sudden traffic variations (peaks) and predictive analysis (day/night forecasts). The system is redundant, to avoid single points of failure, and monitored: metrics collected from each component are continuously analyzed for optimization.
