Neodata Websites Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which Neodata collects and discloses information collected from users (each, a “User”) through www.neodatagroup.com and www.newscurve.com websites.

This Privacy Policy complies with art. 13, D.L. 196/03 – Codice in materia di protezione dei dati personali.

Through its website Neodata can collect personal identification information, such as name, surname, email address, telephone number, from Users who voluntarily submit such information through the contact forms available in the section “Contact us”. Such information is used by Neodata to address requests submitted by Users through contact forms and it may be used for commercial purposes, e.g. for the delivery of newsletters or emails promoting Neodata’s services, however they’re never used to profile users. Users can opt-out from promotional communications at any time by clicking on the “unsubscribe” button available in each communication.

Users information may be shared with subsidiaries, associates and trusted affiliates for the purposes outlined above. We may use third party service providers to help us operate our business and our website or administer activities on our behalf, such as sending out newsletters or surveys. Neodata’s website also uses cookies, which are used to collect anonymous, non-personal information about on-site navigation.
