Through its website Neodata can collect personal identification information, such as name, surname, email address, telephone number, from Users who voluntarily submit such information through the contact forms available in the section “Contact us”. Such information is used by Neodata to address requests submitted by Users through contact forms and it may be used for commercial purposes, e.g. for the delivery of newsletters or emails promoting Neodata’s services, however they’re never used to profile users. Users can opt-out from promotional communications at any time by clicking on the “unsubscribe” button available in each communication.
Users information may be shared with subsidiaries, associates and trusted affiliates for the purposes outlined above. We may use third party service providers to help us operate our business and our website or administer activities on our behalf, such as sending out newsletters or surveys. We may share your information with these third parties for those limited purposes provided that you have given us your permission. At any time users have the right to ask for confirmation that their personal identification information have been stored by Neodata, to know which data has been collected and where, to verify, update, integrate or modify their data (art.7, D.L. 196/03).
Users can also ask for cancellation, aggregation into non-personal identification information or suspension of data usage in case of breach to current norms and regulations, or whenever they have legitimate reasons to oppose usage of their data.

Neodata has implemented every possible security measure to grant that your data are collected, used and maintained confidentially; nevertheless, every data transmission over the web cannot be considered 100% secure. For this reason Neodata cannot be considered responsible for eventual leakages that are not attributable to its negligence.
